The theme is uninstallable without direct manipulation from the author and cannot be installed using the wordpress theme installer, which is a high security risk. They did not want to refund the money for the theme even though they know good and well I haven't installed it and used it. I had to call the bank to reverse the charge. Again, it is uninstallable through the secure wordpress installer and manipulation and access to your account for obvious reasons is high risk. The author doesn't seem to understand this.
